Yes, absolutely. All our premium collection sarees (Banarasi silk and Kanjeevaram silk) are woven with 100% pure silk yarns and are certified with the Silk Mark of India. Your order will ship with an official Silk Mark security tag containing our verification code.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for domestic orders across India. However, for highly premium bridal orders (above ₹15,000), we require a 10% confirmation deposit via bank transfer or PayU. COD is disabled for customized products.
We offer free domestic shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹1,999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 is calculated. Deliveries to metro cities take between 3-5 business days, while other locations are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Yes! We offer professional fall, pico, and blouse stitching services. You can easily mention your requests in the Order Notes during checkout or coordinate with our team directly via the WhatsApp support button right after placing your order.
We offer a premium 7-day hassle-free return window for standard sarees in their original un-cut state. If the blouse piece has been cut or stitching services were applied, the saree is no longer eligible for returns. Refer to our Return Policy for comprehensive steps.
