1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this digital showroom and purchasing products, you agree to comply with our purchasing policies, payment rules, and transaction boundaries as described herein.

2. Accuracy of Products

Since our sarees are handmade handloom items, minor deviations in brocade weaving patterns, hand-painted details, or colors (resulting from screen brightness and photographic lighting) are natural characteristics of the craft. These are not classified as structural defects.

3. Payments & Taxes

All prices listed in our catalog are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include local GST charges where applicable. Payment is due at the moment of order confirmation via PayU or immediately upon delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

4. Shipping & Transit Risks

All standard shipments are routed via reputed courier networks. The risk of transit loss passes to the buyer upon final delivery signatures. If package tampering is detected, do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All logo designs, photography, styling layouts, product descriptors, code blocks, and trademark elements are owned exclusively by Kalyani Sarees. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
