Return & Refund Policy

We provide premium 7-day easy returns to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the saree must be in its original, un-worn, unwashed condition with all brand tags and Silk Mark labels intact. The running blouse piece **MUST NOT** be cut or altered in any manner.

Important Notice: Custom stitched orders, fall & pico application, or sarees where the attached blouse piece has been cut/separated are strictly **non-returnable** and **non-refundable**.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within **7 calendar days** from the date the parcel is marked delivered by the courier service. Request registrations received after this window cannot be accommodated.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, navigate to your My Orders dashboard and select "Request Return" next to the respective item. You can also send a return request email to returns@kalyanisarees.com containing your Order Number and photos of the un-cut saree tag.

4. Return Pickups

We coordinate a complimentary door-step return pickup across 95% of pincodes in India. In rare instances where reverse logistics are unavailable, we request you to self-ship via standard post, and we will credit ₹150 towards return postage costs.

5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned saree reaches our warehouse and completes quality checks (usually 2 business days), we initiate the refund. Bank credits take **5-7 business days** for online gateway payments (PayU) and **7-10 business days** via NEFT for Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds.
